Health Care Provider Networks
SFA has established service agreements with the following Preferred
Provider Organizations (PPOs).
If you are in need of a provider network or would like to add
services or providers your current provider network does not offer,
these organizations can offer a convenient transition
with limited alteration to your benefit plan administration through SFA.
Regional Plans:
- OneNet PPO -
provides comprehensive medical services network access for clients in
Maryland, Virginia, DC, Pennsylvania, North Carolina and surrounding areas.
- National Capital
PPO - provides network access to clients in Washington, D.C., Northern
Virginia, and Maryland.
